ITEA International Ltd. is a Multi-National Organization specialized in the Outside Plant works. It is an independent overseas arm of Impianti Telefonici Elettrici & Affini, S.p.A of Italy. The company has a vast majority of expertise through its fully owned subsidiaries all around the world especially in the countries named UAE, Argentina, Morocco, Saudi Arabia & Libya.

The journey of ITEA International in Saudi Arabia Started back in year 1996 when it formed a joint venture with a Saudi Group Al Mozoon to explore the business endeavors in Saudi Arabia in general and to complete a major project of named “TEP 6 Project'. It is established to serve and contribute in the development of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

However in 2003, for business reasons the Joint Venture is been ended with Al Mozoon group after mutual agreement of both the parties, and ITEA International formed ITEA Saudi Arabia as Branch of ITEA Holding. Since its inception ITEA SA Ltd. is One of the most important arms of the ITEA International Ltd.

 

The company since its incorporation has completed a number of major projects, of which few worth mentioning major works are;

 

• More than 8000 Km of underground Fiber Optic cables installed and commissioned.
• 80,000 Lines deployed by Fiber to the Curb technology (First time in the Kingdom)
• Completion of the Metropolitan Area Network for Sabic and Marafiq in Jubail.
• More than hundred GSM sites.
• O&M for more than six hundred Electronic Cabinets all over the Kingdom.
• Upgrading Saudi National Guard Nation Wide Fiber Optic Network.
• Fiber Optic connection in Ministry of Interior (MOI)

 

ITEA International's main expertise and experience lie in the engineering and implementation of telecommunication networks wire & wireless. This great capability in managing cables and networks data has recently been successfully transferred in Electrical Power Network Field as well in the Water Network distributiion.

 

The wide experience of ITEA International & its Saudi Arabian branch allows it to provide customers with solutions of high technological level in the different segments of telecommunications and IT, High and Medium Electric Power, Water network and Pumping Stations.
